“When I would start to get emotional I guess, I would start petting them and it would help to calm me down I guess, it would for my family too.”

Austin R.

“While my family was going through the court process for my daughter, she worked with Lydia. She was such a blessing and made my little girl feel so much more comfortable and safe. My daughter looked forward to going into the DA'S office because she got to see Lydia.  I strongly believe my daughter wouldn't have been able to open up and testify as amazingly as she did if it wasn't for the amazing dog she worked with.
During the trial while we were waiting for the verdict, Lydia could tell I was nervous and just calmly walked  over and laid on my feet. She helped me to calm down. Lydia was a blessing to my daughter and our whole family. I'm am so thankful that the dogs are there to help. I hope you continue to have courthouse dogs for a very very long time. Thank you for all that you do.”

“Maryfield has seen first-hand how the dogs help witnesses and victims, but also employees like herself.”

“I'm so thankful for this guy. Lincoln helped my nephew, Austin, get through a very difficult day. Gave him the courage he needed to get through it!”
